Board and Committee Meetings
The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority has a fully independent Board comprising 12 members and a Chairman, each appointed by the Minister for Health, Social Services and Public Safety for a term of 4 years.
Our Board meets in public 9 times a year and details of all meetings can be found ... here.
The RQIA Board also has 2 committees which meet on a quarterly basis. They are:
- the Audit Committee, and
- the Appointments and Remuneration Committee.
The Audit Commitee has a sub-committee which deals with governance and risk management.
