RQIA is located on the ninth floor of Riverside Tower (more commonly known as the BT Tower) at 5 Lanyon Place, Belfast. We are adjacent to the Belfast Hilton Hotel and the Waterfront Hall, and close to the junction of Oxford Street and East Bridge Street.

If travelling by car, parking is available at a number of Car Parks in the vicinity - the closest being at the Hilton Hotel and at Lanyon Place.

For those travelling by train, Central Station on East Bridge Street is a two-minute walk from Riverside Tower.

A number of Metro Bus services also pass the building - with the nearest bus stop facing Central Station. The services include 4A, 4B, 6A, 19, 23, 27 and 28. The journey time from Belfast City Centre is approximately 5 minutes.

We are about a 5-10 minute walk from Belfast City Hall - Riverside Tower is clearly visible from the rear of the City Hall along May Street.
