RQIA Corporate Strategy 2012-15
Our Corporate Strategy will set out our key priorities for 2012-15 and detail how we intend to achieve our strategic objectives.
The Corporate Strategy will highlight the key internal and external issues and challenges facing RQIA. This will provide the context for the representation of RQIA's strategic priorities in the form of a strategic map, together with corresponding objectives initiatives.
A consultation guidance document (including a copy of RQIA's draft Strategic Map 2012-15) is available to download below.
RQIA Three Year Review Programme 2012-15
To assist in the planning of our new programme of reviews for the period 2012-15, during the pre-consultation period we sought suggestions for possible review topics.
The proposed list of potential review topics for the next Three Year review Programme 2012-15 are outlined in the consultation guidance document below, which can be downloaded.
The formal public consultation period for both the Corporate Strategy and the Three-Year Review Programme, ran from 12 September 2011 until 9 December 2011, and is now closed.
