Further Information

Since the publication of this report in January 2020  it has been brought RQIA’s attention that the reference to the role played by the use of CCTV in Dunmurry Manor is misleading.  The reference refers to a family-led action, using a covert audio visual  equipment, and not the use of a CCTV system installed by the organisation at this care home, which most people may accept as ‘CCTV’. This note is placed for clarification. (27 October 2022)
