Current Enforcement Activity

Where RQIA identifies concerns about a particular service it may take enforcement action to ensure the safety, wellbeing and protection of those using the services. We may also take enforcement action where we identify non-compliance with regulations and/or standards.

Parkdean

6 March 2024:  A Notice of Proposal was issued to cancel the registration of Amstecos Limited in respect of Parkdean, in relation to non-compliance with regulations.

2 February 2024: Conditions were placed on the registration of Parkdean.  Further information is available here

29 November 2023: Due to non-compliance, a Notice of Proposal was issued and on 3 January 2024 a Notice of Decision to place conditions on the registration of Parkdean was issued.

14 August 2023: One Failure to Comply Notice was issued to Parkdean on 14 August 2023 and extended on 16 October 2023 in relation to governance and oversight arrangements in the home. 

Rose Lodge

29 February 2024: One Failure to Comply Notice was issued to Rose Lodge in relation to managerial oversight and governance systems within the home.

Servisource

14 March 2024:  A Notice of Decision requiring the Responsible Individual to submit an application to RQIA to deregister this service if not operational by 30 April 2024.

06 February 2024:  A Notice of Proposal requiring the Responsible Individual to submit an application to RQIA to deregister this service if not operational by 30 April 2024.

T-Gem Healthcare

A Notice of Proposal to cancel the registration of T-Gem Healthcare was issued on 07 February 2024.
