RQIA Publishes Findings of WHSCT Outpatients  Inspection

Today, RQIA has published the findings of an inspection of outpatients departments at the Western Trust to seek assurance that the Trust has appropriate governance systems in place capable of ensuring the quality and safety of care delivered in these services.  This inspection, which identified many areas of good practice across the Trust, and makes six  recommendations for improvement.  You can access this inspection report here here
