RQIA Clinical Audit Programme
Each year, RQIA conducts a programme of clinical audits of health and social care services in Northern Ireland, which aim to improve patient care and outcomes by carrying out a systematic review, and implementing change. Aspects of patient care are selected, and evaluated against specific criteria. Where necessary, changes can be implemented and further monitoring used to confirm the improvements in their delivery.
