Get Involved

RQIA involves various groups and individuals in a range of aspects of our work.  This includes

• Peer reviewers- RQIA regularly use peer reviewers, who bring a wealth of experience and knowledge from across the health and social care sector.
• Lay assessors-  RQIA involves service users and members of the public as volunteer lay assessors.
• Consultation respondees-  RQIA regularly consults with a range of stakeholders including the general public on various aspects of our work. 

Personal and Public Involvement (PPI) plays an important role in the work of the RQIA. Through listening to and acting on the views and opinions of the public, RQIA will ensure that it responds to existing and emerging issues within health and social care (HSC).   To find out more about this aspect of our work, click here.
