If you know the type of service you are looking for, use the drop down menu to select this. Then type in the name of the service and click ‘search’, and then click the report(s) you would like to view. If you are unsure of the name of the service, you can find a list of all services registered with RQIA on our website at the following link: Register | Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority
Inspection Reports for Services Registered with RQIA
Use the search bar above to access RQIA inspection reports for all registered health and social care services in Northern Ireland from 1 April 2024-present. Using the drop down menu, you can filter your search by the type of service. These services include:
- Nursing and Residential Care Homes
- Domiciliary Care Agencies
- Adult Day Care Services
- Private Dental Clinics
- Nursing Agencies
- Independent Hospitals (including laser clinics)
- Hospices
- Independent Clinics
- Children’s Services (Following the outcome of the public consultation on publishing inspection reports for children’s services, and to meet legislative requirements, we ensure that the name and address of the service is not published. To protect their privacy, no child or young person is referred to or identifiable in any report.)
Inspection Reports for Statutory HSC Services
RQIA also publishes inspection reports for Statutory HSC Services. These services are not registered with RQIA, but are subject to inspections. These services include:
- HSC Hospitals
- Mental Health and Learning Disability Services
Requesting other Inspection Reports
Our website currently holds all inspection reports for the range of services listed above from 1 April 2024 to present. Should you require an inspection report that took place before this date, please email: info@rqia.org.uk and a response will be provided to you. Please note: RQIA does not issue named children’s homes reports upon request.
